Description
She's Marvel's (before Disney bought them) clone of Elisa and Goliath. Only I changed her up a bit facial wise. And she has Goliath's wing style. Here she's Goliath's and Elisa's daughter. So she's not lusting after Goliath like in the comic. And she's a lot cooler. Or at least in my head she is. XD

She looks good, but certainly has more in common with Elisa-goyle than the actual Venus character. I thought the idea of her being a mixed clone between G&E should have made her their daughter and not some twisted freak wanting to tap her own 'father'. I found that idea in the comic to be very disturbing. Your idea is far better. 
On a Side Note:
Buena Vista, a subdivision of Disney has always owned the copyright. They leased it to Marvel. The fact that Disney owns the controlling share of the copyright is why we have been left hanging without a renewal/reboot/movie all these years. Greg Weisman, the original creator, had and still has a plan for Gargoyles, but Disney has capped it and effectively sat on it.
Some of the comics are considered cannon and some are not, according to Greg. Season three of Gargoyles is not cannon at all. Check Station 8 for those interesting tidbits.
As for those comics, they can be read online if you know where to look.
